These plans vary in scope from asset monitoring and remote helpdesk services, to plans that include an allocation of on-site support visits. Each plan offers a ala carte menu of optional services that can be tailored to your specific needs, but MSP customers also enjoy the peace of mind provided by standardized service level agreements and prioritized service (not included in break/fix contracts). As an MSP subscriber, you’ll enjoy proactive monitoring program, priority service, unlimited remote support, and even plans that incorporate onsite support. Plans are priced based on your device and end user volume. Since we tailor our service levels to your individual need, we can offer a competitively priced, consistent monthly fee that fits your budget.
MSP customers enjoy peace of mind knowing we proactively monitor computing and network assets to identify and even resolve issues before they cause performance issues or failures. MSP plans also feature discounted service rates for optional projects or services not included in a subscription agreement.
We still offer a limited number of break/fix contractual agreements upon request. Break/fix relationships for smaller shops with very stable environments and few issues can be cost effective.
