While managed services plans (MSP) IT and break/fix IT are close cousins in the information technology family tree — there are differences with how services are delivered and prioritized.  Both approaches address key IT concerns such as system repairs, installations and upgrades across hardware, software and networking platforms. However, a break/fix agreement is reactive in nature versus the proactive MSP approach. Break/Fix can be a cost-effective approach for smaller organizations with few employees and relatively simple IT environments. However, please note that service-level-agreements are not included.  We’ll evaluate your IT environment in advance to provide an estimate of costs associated with a break/fix contract.
